One of my favourite things about Spring and Summer in Victoria are church rummage sales! In fact I often feel so torn on a Saturday morning of which sale to hit up first (as we all know, the early bird gets the worm!). And often the first church rummage sale you make it to, seals your fate as to what treasures you will or won’t find!
So I decided to try my luck at a quaint little church sale in Saanich one day. Doors opened at 10am-and here is the line up at 9:59am! I displined myself from cutting the cue and proudly stood about 123rd in line & I still managed to find some great items (including an ornate 1930′s vanity hand mirror on a stand)!
Yep, church bazaars are a hidden gem of a good time. You never know what you will find! Try your luck!
